I am Mona Bajaj, residing at W-Z 137 in Shadipur, and completed my 9th of schooling , I was interested become self sufficient but based on my qualification I could not achieve my dreams. On that time I heard about All India Parivartan Sewa Samiti, a voluntary organisation working for the empowerment of women, and also I heard that Self Help Group running in my area with help of them. Now I am a member of Khalsa Self Help Group at Shadipur. for the last two years I have been participating as a active member of my “Khalsa”(SHG) After that I took a loan from my SHG in order to start one Income Generating Programme for the supply of “ Tiffin Packs” (lunch packs, break fast and Dinner etc) from my home. After that my initiative became grown slowly. Now I can say, as I am self sufficient and I can manage my daily expenditure easily. Now I have no inferiority feeling about my qualification. Cooking was my Hobby but now I started to earn from my Hobby. After getting loan from my Self Help Group I became self sufficient and also looking after my family well. Now I believe that if we are not qualified or educated we can generate income and look after our family with the help of SHGs and confidence. Now I using this occasion to thank All India Parivartan Sewa Samiti for their kind support and guidance.
